I’ve replaced both o2 sensors, catalytic converter, intake gasket, coil packs, plugs, maf sensor (3 times) and performed smoke vacuum leak test. Also put a front seal in and replaced all injectors.
What makes this problem better or worse?

But what testing has been performed? "MAF sensor code" - what codes is that? You've even replaced the catalytic converter for this?! A simple diagnostic test by a skilled technician would have certainly saved you money and time.
