What is your question?
I have replaced rear drum breaks on several cars in the past. My 2004 Corolla is a different beast. Adjusted the star as far as I could, the drum will not come off. Am I missing a step?

There are 2 small threaded holes for bolts thread in to the drum into to help force the rear drum from away from the wheel., because this problem is common. The threads are 8mm by 1.25 thread pitch.
you have tred bolt holes in hub use two bolt tight them it will push it off if that does not work use pb blast spray use big hammer hit around the out side of hub as long as there is no nut in middle of hub
Can I just cut the hold-down pins in the back to free the drum? TC
Worked like a charm.... Thanks
