Where is power door locks in the list of services?

What is your question?

Power door locks don't work. Can't even find in the list of full service items. All I see is "door lock cylinder". Those are ok, it's the power locks. Switch on driver's door does nothing - won't lock or unlock. Why isn't that repair listed among the many repairs?

What makes this problem better or worse?

Nothing

How long has your 2003 Toyota Corolla had this problem?

A few weeks, supposedly checked out during pre-purchase inspection, unless that was checking manual locks.
