Hi, my 2003 corolla gives me the P0770 (shift solenoid E malfunction) only when I use it in highways. I feel the transmission is working fine but the check engine light turns on and that`s the code I get. How can I fix that? How much will it cost? Please Help!!!!

This is usually a code for the Torque Converter Clutch that is only needed on the freeway. Have a good shop check it out, then they can figure out if it is an electrical fault or a bad Torque Converter. Best of Luck!
