What is your question?
My 2001 Corolla LE has code P0402, which means it needs a new catalytic converter. I've had the O2 sensors checked, and it does need a new cat, but if I can make it pass inspection one more time, this month, it will be 20 years old and no longer need to pass emmisions. It can pass inspection with one incomplete OBDII monitor, so I'd like to get it to run the evap monitor and not the cat monitor. The drive cycle for each test seems to be hard to find on-line. Can anyone help me?

P0402 or P0420? P0420 refers to catalyst inefficiency; P0402 refers to EGR system operation. Both require troubleshooting before jumping to any conclusion of needed part replacement. You will not be able to do what you're hoping -- the evaporative emissions monitor is the hardest one to set and requires extended time, where the catalyst monitor usually is set earlier on...or in this case, will fail and cause the warning light to come on again. https://repairpal.com/drive-cycle-issues
