Can't stop fuel rail leak changed injectors and fuel rail. what would cause this?

What is your question?

Do the bolts that connect the fuel rail to the engine require washers by the spacers? Mine does not have washers. How do I know if they are seated correctly?

What makes this problem better or worse?

We have changed all the parts and nothing stops the fuel from spraying out onto the enging.

How long has your 2001 Toyota Corolla had this problem?
