What is your question?
My Corolla has a miss in number 4 cyl. I have replaced the spark plugs, the injectors and coils for all 4 cylinders. I have fire at the #4 spark plug. I can remove the plug wires one at a time and only #4 does not change the way the engine runs. I believe it could be a fuel issue to the #4 injector but don"t know how to test this.

do a compression test , i believe you have low compresson in #4 could be a burnt valve or broken ring most likely burnt valve
Have someone check for injector pulse on cylinder four. If pulse is good, test for a ground being supplied to the coil by the PCM
Here a condition I did notice. When disconnecting the plug wires from the plugs. There was an arch between number 1 and 4 terminals on the coil when I removed either 1 or 4 plug wire, 2 and 3 did not arch (with 2 different coils). Would be the PCM grounding the coil? You refer to PCM, is that the same as the ECM? It is fixed now. Thanks for your help. Had to replace the ECM.
Sorry I forgot to add that in the first sending. I have between 195-210 in all cylinders. I also changed the MAP. With no change to the way it ran. I have pulled the valve cover and the cams both look like they are in great shape.
