What is your question?
I have replaced spark plugs and wires and still get the P0300 and P0171 codes. I checked the compression on all cylinders and they all read around the 210 range. CEL is on always and sometimes it blinks. What should I check next?

Hello, the blinking indicates misfiring. When you see it blink, stop pressing the gas pedal. Though the proper thing to so is stop immediately and shut the vehicle off, letting off the gas will probably stop the misfire. Since you are seeing the codes together, I think it is best if you start looking for leaks at the intake manifold gasket. It sounds like you are getting too much air into the engine, and the multiple misfire tells me there is WAY too much air getting into the engine. You can have the entire engine vacuum tested with smoke (intake manifold gasket included), or do it yourself with a little help from youtube.
