it is your brake indicator gone bad. it is located above your brakes inside car..

It is more than likely a plastic disk that has broken off of your brake pedal where it meets the brake light sensor. There is now a hole in the bracket that comes into contact with the sensor. Replace the disk and your problem is solved.
