power steering

just the other day i heard a little clanking noise. i inspected it and found out that my power steering belt wheel had come loose. my belt came off and so i lost all power steering, ac, and some other stuff. i could get the belt back on but i couldn't tighten up that power steering wheel so it still rides the belt right off. i'm not sure what i have to get done to it to fix the problem.
