fuel pump

I don't yet under stand why your car failed to start in the first place. Did you loose spark/ignition? Did you loose fuel supply to the engine? Did the battery or charging system fail? Or did the engine have a mechanical problem that has been preventing it from starting? Does the engine crank over and make an attempt to fire?
