The dash lights are protected by the same fuse that protects the tail lights. So if they work the fuse is OK. For the dash lights to start failing one at a time seems like a bulb problem. To trouble shoot the wiring start at the dash light rheostat see if it has power there with the lights on, bridge the rheostat with a paper clip (by passing the rheostat should make the dash light appear full bright). If they work with the rheostat bridged the rheostat is bad, if there is no power at the rheostat the problem is power related, if there is power at the rheostat but bridging the connector doesn't illuminate the dash lights the bulbs are most likely the problem or the connector at the printed circuit isn't making good contact.
