What is your question?
my daughter's corolla won't start and I've traced the problem to a wire that goes from the starter relay in the interior fuse panel to the ignition switch. There is power as far as the relay and the relay tests okay, but that wire does not have power when it reaches the ignition switch plug and there is nothing else in between. My daughter slid on the ice and dented that front quarter panel just a couple days before it quit starting. I suspect a loose connection in the back of the fuse panel, but I can't figure out how to get it off to check. I've found one bolt at the bottom but there is obviously something else holding it near the top. You have to be a contortionist and very small to see up in there. Any experience removing that junction box?

some times I have had to remove the dash , at least partly to access the upper part of the fuse panel. Please be sire to disconnect the battery when ever you are doing this type of work, so you don't short out and ruin something.
HELLO... I know this is a very old post... but I have been searching everywhere for this same problem. Did you ever find what was preventing it from coming free!? I have unplugged most of the connectors and jiggled the thing like crazy, and I have the dash mostly disassembled. Please respond if you you have any advice... its driving me crazy to be stuck on such a simple thing when I need to get started on actually fixing the wires THANKS
