high idle in park and kicks when changing gears, automatic. also, shakes/vibrate

in park it has high idle.in gear it drops down, but kicks when shifting into 2 and 3. as if its shifting late. there is also vibration. automatic,80,000. sat for 8 months a year and then only driven 600 miles the other 4 months for 6 years.
