Did your car have this problem prior to replacing these parts or were these parts replaced to fix the problem of the car cutting out and being difficult to start after it has stalled? I suspect the sensors that the ignition system needs to work are failing. When the car fails to run or is having difficulty starting get someone to crank over the engine as if to try to start the car. Does the car have ignition spark at the end of the spark plug wire? If it doesn't the ignition system has a failed igniter, or pick ups in the distributor are likely to be the problem.
