What is your question?
When I start my car a loud squealing noice occurs and does not stop right away. The noise stops after a while then returns. Took the car to a mechanic and he said the belt was to tight and took it off and replaced it but the sound returned the next day. Could that be the fan belt or the drive belt.

Your cars does not have a "fan belt" as such, your engine most likely consists of a main drive belt (water pump and power steer) and an a/c belt. If fitted of course Depending if the workshop replaced the belt or just refitted/re-tensioned the belt Oil leaks can cause the belts to slip causing the noise, in which the belt is to be replaced and the oil leaks tended to Worn idler pulleys or tensioner pulley do also get noisy, but more likely the scenario above.
changed the fuel pump becaues it is a sintom of weak fuel pump, changed fuel filter.
