What is your question?
My corolla will not turn over unless the cluth is depressed. sometimes it starts wiyh first try while at other times it takes twenty. I get the click from the cellinoid when it doesn't turn over. I got underneath once and just tried to make sure everything was secure and tight and that seemed to work for a while. So, is it the starter or is there a relay switch from the clutch to the starter that need to be replaced. The starter is almost impossible to get at.

There is a clutch switch that is supposed to only allow you to be able to crank engine when it is depressed so as to not allow you to crank or start engine when in gear and car will move. If the switch is starting to go bad can give you your problems. You will see it depress when look under dash and push clutch pedal down by hand. Usually a simple task to replace.
