I wonder if the brake fluid flexible line out to the right front caliper has a problem? If the hose is bad internally it allow fluid to flow out to the caliper it may not allow fluid to return to the master cylinder reservoir.
replace hose feeding that wheel, sometimes they collapse pinching the fluid from returning to the master. have you pulled the caliper & rebuilt it?
Thanks for the answer but the line is new also, when they lock up i have to get out and loosen the bleeding screw to get going.
If you have to release brake fluid pressure, has the master cylinder been replaced. Fluid is not returning to the master cylinder reservoir I wonder if the push rod clearance is lacking, Acura and Honda have a adjustment procedure and a gauge tool to use to ensure the brake booster push rod where the push rod comes in contact with the rear piston of the master cylinder are set correctly. You say the problem is definitly one the one front caliper? Would lo love to here what you find.
