How to properly install a new flexplate on a 1983 Toyota Corolla 4ac 1.6engine with the A41 transmission to keep the flexplate from chattering after driving 200 miles or so ? And what are the bolts torque in LBS ?

Ive installed the flexplate twice and both times ive cleaned the bolts and the threads in the crankshaft, but for some reason the flexplate gets loose after about 200 miles and starts to chatter .I
