What is your question?
Issue improves after car is warm but rapid increase in rpms due to accelerator press causes initial stumble. Otherwise runs smooth at idle and higher RPMS. Work done already: - replaced distributor cap, rotor, plugs, and wires. - cleaned carbeurator and air cleaned hoses and jets - replaced fuel filter

Hello, It sounds like you have a vacuum leak of some kind. You can have it smoke tested, or just use a squirt bottle of water to spray a fine mist on one part of the engine at a time. You may have a dirty idle air control valve as well, but give the squirt bottle a shot. The way it works, is the engine bogs down when the water is sucked in through the vacuum leak. It takes a second for the water to get in, so spray, wait 10 seconds, spray, wait 10 seconds, until you make it across the entire engine. Don't forget, most things with vacuum pressure touch a small rubber hose or the intake manifold. Also, the intake manifold gasket may be leaking, which would be very evident with water. Let me know if you have questions while diagnosing, otherwise, I'll leave a link to certified shops in your area. http://repairpal.com/toyota-within-10-miles-of-littleton-colorado-80123
