Water pump was changed, thermostat, the heat doesn't work at al. Heater ran out first, then the overheating. Also don't know if this matters but , bulb plugs been melting and turn signals stopped working. Only the sounds of getting to hot.no leaks
What makes this problem better or worse?
Nothing other than driving it so that the air helps to cool it down

Sounds like an air pocket in the cooling system still.. Have you purged the air? "The sound of getting hot" -- what is that? Sounds like air pockets... As far as bulbs and sockets -- are you using original equipment sockets and bulbs, or are you using some kind of "LED" type replacements? Stick with original parts. Proper sockets and bulbs won't melt or overheat, ever.
