Need to find a place to buy replacement parts for 1995 Toyota Celica ST 1.2L

Currently I'm in need of a high beam housing as mine is cracked and the bulb keeps shorting out. My car runs great but my Toyota dealer is starting to have issues finding replacement parts.

What makes this problem better or worse?

N/A - just need the high beam housing replaced; mine is cracked
