Idle problems

What is your question?

My 93 Celica GT doesnt want to idle or maintain power when going at steady speeds also when you hit the gas some times it will blog down and cut out others it will open up like it should with higher rpms then cut out at steady rpms or when it idles. I have replaced throttle position sensor and fill filter dont kjkw what is causing it
