Should I do a Transmission flush or just replace filter? Car has 115,800 miles.

Car hasn’t been serviced all year. The check engine light came on and the diagnostic says the main problem is P0746 and P2714. Pressure control solenoid A and D are stuck off. The gears are slipping, especially when starting out from standing still. Still driveable for now, but there are noticeable slips in gear shifting. Seems OK if I don’t hit the gas too hard. I just did a transmission fluid change, but should’ve asked them to replace the filter as well. I think if I do that it will help, better yet a flush. Because the fluid that we just drained was jet black. thanks in advance.

It’s worse in the mornings, and I can’t accelerate too hard from a complete stop
