What is your question?
I took my 2018 Camry to get serviced, just oil, tire rotation, and they suggested an alignment as well due to some outside wear on the tires. I agreed and they came back a short time later to ask if I had any previous work done on the wheel studs because one came off on their test drive. I said I had not and they proceeded to quote me about another $250 to replace them all to be safe. Not knowing too much about wheel studs I reluctantly agreed. As I look into it more, I see for the most part your wheel studs should last the life of the car. Being that all my previous cars never had an issue that seems sensible. Now, I don't want to accuse the mechanics of screwing up but it seems a bit odd. I've never had an issue, the last service I had was 8 months prior (tire rotation) and there have been noticeable issues until they serviced it now. My thought was they over or under tightened the lug causing the stud to pop out on their test drive and don't want to own up.
