My camry does not have heat the blower does work it stays cold like the AC is on what cold it be I was told the heater AC blend actuator

There is no noises other than the blower the air that comes out is cold even when the ac button is not pushed my defrost does not work I’m currently wiping the windows to see I need to get this fixed ASAP I have a grandchild getting ready to be born very soon what could it be
What makes this problem better or worse?
If I turn heat on it gets worse because the air is cold
