camry 2016 xse rpm stutter

What is your question?

I own a camry 2016 xse 27000 miles only on it and its a toyota certified vehicle. WHen I revv while in park the tacho needle goes up smoothly but while coming down at around 1500 rpm it experiences a stutter (needle stops and goes up for a momentarily and then comes down) When driving I am experiencing a little bit of stutter when it upshifts , goes away after driving for sometime. The dealership said they run scans and found no issues. Is this normal ?
