What wires have to touch in the ignition switch to make the car turn on.

Someone tried to steal my 2015 Camry they ripped out the back of the ignition the white circle thing and it broke. I have the key and was wanting to know can I insert the key and then touch the wires together if so wich ones to touch together to make it start.
