What is your question?
When I first get in my car in a very hot day it takes 3 to 5 minutes for the air conditioning compressor to kick in on a day that’s not so hot it comes on immediately so I’m assuming it’s the evaporator temperature sensor is going bad but when the AC comes on and stays on all day whether I stop or start in an out of a store it works fine and it’s cold so I’m interested in changing replacing the AC evaporator temperature control but if I have to take the entire dash apart I’ll just live with what I have

Hello, I'm not sure I agree with your assumptions. What testing has been performed to see what's going on? The Evaporator Temperature Sensor requires removal of the instrument panel to get to. I think I'd spend a few bucks to have a professional evaluation your vehicle and find out what's happening; you might find out it's something completely different.
