What work needs to be done if rear break(s) is making a grinding noise

You vehicle needs to be inspected by an ASE certified technician to determine the parts that need to be replaced. Without looking we would be assuming what's wrong. You need to change the rear break pad or those that have drum the lining. This will solve the noice.
