Hello, Dave here, contributing to RepairPal and providing expert advice since 2010. The best recommendation I have is for you to get a known fully charged battery into the vehicle before doing anything else. Jump starting is fine to get it going if that's the only concern, but if the battery is severely compromised, things just will not work right. By getting a known fully charged good battery into the vehicle you'll likely see that everything works as it should -- then you can focus your attention on figuring out if the old battery was faulty in losing its charge or ability to hold a charge, or if there's a charging system issue or parasitic draw issue. Don't forget that your vehicle relies on stable electrical power availability to be able to keep everything going as it should go. https://repairpal.com/auto-repair-near-me Click the link or call us at 877-913-1554.
