Check Hybrid System!

What is your question?

Check engine light is on and 600 volt battery gauge has only 1 purple bar before it's totally depleted. Can't continue to drive as the hybrid battery is rapidly losing charged power. Engine seldom kicks in to charge. What could be the problem? Thanks in advance to your advice Toyota Camry 2010 Hybrid experts....
