Oil leak coming from close to timing belt

What is your question?

It does not leak until started and the leak looks like it's coming straight down from the timing belt/cover

What makes this problem better or worse?

The problem is worse once started so I thought about getting some oil stop leak for it

How long has your 2008 Toyota Camry had this problem?

For awhile now as The car has sit and it has not been driven
