what does code P2103 mean?

the engine will start and run but it want idle sometime and sometime it will srtall i spray some throttle body cleaner into the duck and erase the code so it run okay for about 2 or 3 days and the check engine light come back on and the engine will cut off driving down the highway i replace a new throttle body November 2, 2016 what i need to do to fix the problem?
