The handle that turns the headlights on and off has fallen off I don't know how to fix it. There is a really slick and oily substance to it and I don't know if that helps it stick to the main piece of the handle.

replace it with a new one. model(LE,XLE,SE makes a difference),Canada or US model,1st letter/number of the vin J or 1,2,or 3,with or without fog lights makes a difference.there are a few different switches for your car.
