have a question about my doors locking if can be answered would be great. so when I press the lock button in the car and on the keyfob the only doors that lock are my 2 passenger side doors and not my driver side doors and was wondering if would know any causes for that?
What makes this problem better or worse?
nothing makes it worse just a problem overall
How long has your 2007 Toyota Camry had this problem?
since i got the car from previous owner

Hello, Dave here, contributing to RepairPal and providing expert advice since 2010. Are you saying that power locks for the drivers doors never work? Using the key fob or the door lock buttons? Or does it differ? It sounds to me like the door lock and latch motors on the drivers side may not be working properly. It will take some troubleshooting to verify, but there is no other cause to imagine both drivers sides not working, while the passenger sides do work. I cannot think of any other cause of the locks acting as described.
