Check the fuses, then check wiring for any bad wires. If that's all good to go, then the inevitable happened. The motor in the seat which runs them has probably burned out. Just like power windows, these things will burn out from simple wear and tear. Junk yards might have good ones or you can try to find a refurbished one. As for labor, depends on where you go and who you know of course. If you want to do this yourself, grab a manual and disassemble the seat from your vehicle and swap out the motor. Hope that helps.
