If you’ve got power at the dash but no air blowing out at all—hot or cold—it’s likely an issue with the blower motor or the blower motor resistor. The resistor controls the fan speeds, and if it fails, you might lose all blower function or it may only blow at one speed. If the correct voltage is reaching the blower motor connector, the motor itself may be bad.
