What is your question?
I usually use the key fob to unlock the door but the car is no longer responding to the key fob and I was told, perhaps I should change the battery. I replaced the batteries in the key fob but the car doors will not unlock with me using it and the key will not turn in the car door to assist in unlocking either so I’m locked out the car. I’m not sure if the car battery is dead and that’s why it isn’t responding or an issue with the key fob itself.
How long has your 2005 Toyota Camry had this problem?

Yes, it sounds like you could have a dead vehicle battery, although the manual key should still work in the door lock cylinder unless it has been somehow damaged. Try a second key perhaps? Even have a "dummy" key blank cut to open the driver's door lock? Last resort - may need to call a roadside service to "break into" the car for a short term solution to figure out what's going on.
