05 Camry is shaking when running? Also some issues starting in first try?

Typically runs very smooth and haven’t had any other issues but occasionally It won’t start on the first try, I was told it could be an idle sensor? Today it started shaking and jumping kind of whenever it’s running and I’m not sure why. (Don’t know very much about cars this is my first car please help)

"Idle sensor" not sure what that is.
Hands on testing is needed. There is something definitely not working as designed, and it should be evaluated before it gets worse and starts affecting just every day normal driving.
