I have been told the car has a dogbone shaped motor mount that needs to be replaced

I was only told this one time when I had my oil changed but was also told it wasn't urgent. Next oil change no mention of the problem. Does my car have a dog bone shaped motor mount?

This is likely a "torque mount" that catches throw of engine when shift from park to reverse or drive or when accelerate. Can just go bad with age-has rubber bushings-or can be contaminated with oil and break it down. likely at front near radiator area or at back at firewall area.
