Fuel pump is not turning on and the obd2 scanner is also showing ignition coil a and b circuit open. I cleared the codes and replaced the fuel pump relay but the fuel pump is not still not turning on. Not sure if either issues are related but wanted to know what to try next.
How long has your 2004 Toyota Camry had this problem?

Hi - Dave here, contributing to RepairPal and providing expert advice since 2010. Have you verified a known good programmed key is being used? A key that has no valid programming will not allow the fuel pump to turn on. Check this first.
