Engine won't start

What is your question?

Recently had head gasket replaced and head machined on the engine of my 2004 Toyota Camry 2.4L 4 cylinder. Everything went good but once the tech went to start the car it would not start. First code said to replace the camshaft sensor. He did. Still would not start. Now he's getting codes P00010, P0748, P0778 and P7216. He's checked the wiring several times and can't see anything wrong with it. Any suggestions? I need my car back desperately.
