What is your question?
I drive a 2002 Toyota Camry LE 4 cylinder (automatic transmission). When I'm driving at 90 km/h or higher, my car has a really loud humming noise coming from the front end. The noise gets louder and louder as you accelerate at that speed. I got the car diagnosed by the Toyota dealership and they did not know what was wrong with it. They said the noise could be from 3 possible things tires, support/hanger bearing located on the drive axle, and lastly transmission. It is not tires because I bought new ones and is still making the same noise. Also, with the all season tires the noise starts from 80km/h, and with winter tires it starts at 90km/h. I got the whole drive axle replaced with the bearing. But still no luck. Then I took the car to a trustworthy transmission mechanic. He took it for a test drive and had the car up on a hoist. He came to the conclusion that it's not the transmission but rather a wheel bearings from both the right front and right rear. He was saying that the noise coming from the front right bearing could be coming from the drive shaft. So I bought one from a junkyard and replaced that as well, but it's still making the noise. I was wondering if you could really help me out as I don't want to be replacing things and spending money on things that don't need to be replaced in the first place. Or maybe someone else that's reading this right now and has had the same issue could advice me further. It's not safe driving it on the highway because the car gets extremely loud if I drive above 95 km/h. Thank you!

Well, it sounds like you need new wheel bearings. The bearing do wear and will make noise when worn. The noise does get louder the faster the vehicle goes. Installing used wheel bearings is kind of like installing used oil in your engine. Your car has two axles and four wheel bearings. I'd start replacing one wheel bearing at a time unit the noise goes away or all four bearings have been replaced. Good Luck!
