What would cause vibration when I accelerate? The engine otherwise idles smooth.

I occasionally get a P0303 "generic cyl 3 misfire" code and the engine starts and idles rough. It will smooth out fairly quickly. Recently got a P0420 code "catalyst system below threshold". Now the engine is vibrating when I accelerate. I recently changed spark plugs and changed the locations of the coil packs but have since gotten the same P0303 code. Figure I can rule out a coil. Could this be a fuel injector problem?
