What is your question?
I have a 2002 Toyota Camry XLE V6. I purchased a new battery at a local auto supply store in June 1010. Because of snow and ice, I did not crank or drive my car for two days. When I went out on the third day to crank it, the battery was dead. My friend was able to jump the car off and I drove less than 1/2 mile and it shut off again. The battery has been tested and is good. When my neighbor put a meter on the battery terminal it shows that something is pulling power even with the car turned off. He pulled individual fuses until the light went off on the meter. The fuse was a 30 amp DCC fuse. We are at a loss as to what this controls and what might be pulling amps on the battery. Has anyone had any experience with this type of problem and how to repair it??

You need to look at the wiring diagrams for this car, to see what that fuse controls. Here is a web site that will have the wiring diagrams. You will need to disconnect the various components for that fuse until you find the defective component. http://bit.ly/mitchell_repair_manuals_online
