Hello, the catalyst will likely set when the vehicle is driven consistently between 55-60 MPH for a sustained period of time - maybe 10-15 minutes. You may have to do this more than once. The evaporative drive cycle will take some similar sustained driving at speed, but the fuel must be closer to half tank - because if it's too low or too full it won't run at all.
