What other things should be included in a normal timing belt replacement? I have received a very high priced estimate from the Toyota Dealership and one from an independent repair shop for $400 less with lots of items included in this second estimate. Your listed cost for a timing belt replacement is about $350 less than that one, but I don't know if it is just for the timing belt or if there are other things included in your estimate as well. Thank you.

The estimate you see on RepairPal is for the timing belt only. We will add features later this year that will include all of the extra needed items for this job. For your Camry, other recommended items are the camshaft and crankshaft seals, oil pump seals, timing belt tensioner and idler, and the water pump. If the oil pump is leaking(common), make sure they inspect it for wear.
