No you have bad plug wires or plugs or this Vehicle Application: 2000 Toyota Camry 2.2L, GAS, Eng Cfg L4, Eng Des 5SFE Customer Concern: Has a code P0402 and P0300. Originally had codes P0401 and P0300, replaced the EGR vacuum solenoid and now has come back with these codes. Tests/Procedures: 1. If the misfires occur at idle after a closed throttle deceleration, check for a possible EGR valve sticking open. 2. If the misfires occur at different times with no particular pattern, verify it has the correct spark plugs installed, has to have the original NGK spark plugs. Potential Causes: Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) Valve Spark Plugs Tech Tips: An excessive EGR flow code could be set if misfires are detected at idle. Diagnostic Codes: P0300, P0402
