Fuel filler neck and gas cap have been replaced within the last few years. Wondering if it's the vent line valve in the evap pump module or purge control valve? Also wondering if the charcoal brick in the canister could be breaking down and sticking some of these valves!? The car does have a bunch of miles on it. Lines and hoses all appear good and with an inside fuel door release, the odds of tampering by stuffing something down the filler pipe are long.
What makes this problem better or worse?
Nothing changes the condition
